 Monitorachievement,climate,andsatisfactionof datato assurethat
the learningenvironmentisproducingresultsconsistentwiththe
projectgoal
 Identify gaps inperformanceorprocessesandplansfortheir
improvement
 Deviceschoolprojectsalignedwiththeschoolimprovement plan
Process Owner
 takes responsibilityfor ensuring the efficiencyof the process.
 Is responsible in make changes in the process and is/are highly
involved in the project.
