Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu(1,300m), transferto
hotel, welcome dinner
A representative from Trekking Mart welcomes you at arrival gate of
Tribhuvan Internatinal Airport, Kathmandu. Then you will be taken to
hotel and rest of day will be spend in relax. At evening we offer you a
welcome dinner in typical Nepali restaurant where you can enjoy
Nepalese cultural dance presentation as well.Meal: Dinner
Day 02: Kathmandusightseeing and trek preparation
Our second day is for a sightseeing tour to several of the cultural
UNESCO world heritage sites of Kathmandu city. An expert city guide
will guide us to sacred Hindu temples, Buddhist shrines and historical
monuments as you become acquainted with Nepalese culture and
traditions. Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath
2. temple, Boudhanathstupa and their extreme art and architecture are our
center of attraction. Thereafter, Trekking Mart will organize a trek
orientation program and also assist you on trekking preparation
(equipment’s packing, etc).-Meal: Breakfast.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding(2,652m)
After early morning breakfast, transfer to airport and fly to Lukla. This
30 minutes scenic flight over incredible Himalayan ranges landscapes
and villages. At Lukla you’ll meet all crew members and begin trek
northward to Phakding village. Stay in lodge

Day 04: Trek from Phakdingto Namche (3,440m)
Today's trek will take about 5-6 hours. Walk through pine forests
leading along DudhKoshi River and crossing over a series of suspension
bridges. After a steep climb over Chhutara, we’ll get to see first view of
Mt. Everest (8,848m) over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. We reach to
Namche Bazaar for overnight rest. Stay in Lodge-Meals: Breakfast,
Lunch & Dinner-Trekking time: 5-6 hours
Day 05: Namche Bazaar: day rest
Today we take a day rest at Namche in order to acclimatize our body
with elevation. If you are interested, hike to khumjung village (3,786m)
to explore monasteries and local Sherpa villages.Namche itself is a
famous town with some modern facilities. Enjoy your visit around and
stay overnight.Stay in Lodge-Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 06: Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,870m)
Following breakfast, we’ll resume trekking towards the village of
Tengboche. Today you’ll see wonderful views of several peaks
including Mt. Everest (8,848m), Thamserku (6,623m), AmaDablam
(6,812m), Lhotse (8,516m), Nuptse (7,861m) and etc. While passing
through forest, you may also encounter with various species of wild
lives. Trekking to Tengboche takes around 5-6 hours. Stay in Lodge-
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner-Trekking time: 5 hours
3. Day 07: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche(4,360m)
Morning hike will give an opportunity of great pictures of Tengboche
monastery. Take upper trail for great views as well as to see chhortens
and Mani walls on the way to Pangboche village. Lunch place will offer
fine view of Mt. AmaDablam. The second part of the trek is more
moderate as we enter Imja Valley. To the end section, path goes steep up
just before reaching to Dingboche village (4,360m).Stay in Lodge-
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Trekking time: 6 hours
Day 08: Dingboche:day rest
This will be our second day rest place. Relish and relax or take a short
climb to top of the ridge and admire three of the six highest peaks in the
world- Lhotse (8,516m), Makalu (8,481m) and Cho Oyo (8,201m).
Capture the array of scenic beauty and stay overnight.Stay in Lodge-
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 09: Trek from Dingbocheto Lobuche (4,940m)
Trek through an arid terrace along with outstanding view of valley and
Mt. Pumori (7,138m). The trail descends and crosses a fast-flowing
stream on a wooden bridge. We will stop at Duglha for lunch. After
short rest we’ll climb over steep terminal moraine of Khumbu Glacier. It
is also a day that will remind us of those who have died climbing Mt.
Everest (8,848m) as prayer flags and stones have been erected in their
memories. We’ll set our night stay at Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to GorakShep(5,170m),
hike to EBC (5,364m)
Today is longest trekking day but we’ll achieve our goal – Everest Base
Camp. Walking through moraine and slippery trail might be difficult for
some of you but an incredible 360° Mountain View inspires to develop
our strength. Celebrate and shoot your breathtaking moment. Since there
4. is no place to stay at Everest Base Camp return back to GorakShep for
overnight stay.

Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar(5.545m)and trek to
Pheriche(4,280m)
Today has another climax- Kala Patthar (5,545m), a dramatic sunrise
viewing point. At Kala some time and walk back to GorakShep.
Thereafter, we’ll continue trek back way downhill to Pheriche for good
night rest. Stay in Lodge-Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Trekking time: 5 hours Patthar, a countless high peaks plays around our
eyes, offering great photo opportunities. Spend
Day 12: Trek from Phericheto Namche Bazaar
(3,440m)
Continue descending. The trail will take us across the DudhKoshi River
and then along the DudhKosti gorge as it rapidly descends through the
pine forests. There will be opportunities to see Himalayan Thar,
Pheasant and etc. We reach to Namche Bazaar for overnight stop today.

Day 13: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,800m)
Morning breakfast is followed by beginning of trek towards Lukla
valley. Enjoy superb view of landscapes and mountains to the far. Also
you’ll have some time to chitchat with local people. Overnight Lukla.

Day 14: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu
Finally a day with no trekking as we’ll take a scenic morning flight back
to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, shift to hotel and spend rest of time on
5. relaxation. Do some last minute shopping for your friends and families.
Stay overnight in Kathmandu. Meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Day 15:Finaldeparture transfer
At about 3 hours prior to your flight time, we transfer you to the airport
