DE-COMPARTMENTALIZING THE WORKDAY
AN EMPLOYEE WOULD HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN WORK IN
THE OFFICE AND LIFE OUT OF IT.
MIXING THE PERSONAL AND THE PROFESSIONAL
EMPLOYEES HAVE PASSIONS, INTEREST AND HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE
OFFICE, BUT THERE’S USUALLY NO REASON THEY CAN’T BE WELCOMED
INTO THE OFFICE AS WELL.
WORK AS LIFE
EMPLOYEES ARE ABLE TO FIND TIME TO DO THINGS THAT ARE
IMPORTANT TO THEM, AND THAT THEY HAVE TIME TO
DECOMPRESS FROM WORK STRESS ON A FREQUENT AND
REGULAR BASIS.

Many people do not think about financial
compatibility before or after marriage. When
couple talk about financial issues and problems,
the result is usually less conflict and smarter
financial decisions.

 The starting point is to realize that most of your resources are
nonfinancial
