India being very large country possessing population of 125 crores of people.We have the government
elected through the process of democracy.
The process of democracy is having no. of deficiencies. To overcome these deficiencies and monitor the
process of democracy the constitution of Indian Institute of Aristocracy is suggested which will run in
parallel of democracy while strengthening democracy to the great extent.
It is beyond reach of democracy to resolve all issues of India.
Here total revolutionary concept is written.
Aristocrats which shall be the experts of different fields shall monitor the works of government if people
of India is brought consciousness about constituting of Indian Institute of Aristocracy.
Indian Institute of Intelligence to Strategic Planning & Implementation, (Indian Institute of Aristocracy) is
thought to be self driven aristocracy.
While going through all scenarios whether people have realized that why there are irrationalities in their
day to day life. Whether Government bodies can solve their issues.Whether ruling parties can solve their
daily life issues.Whether political parties can resolve their issues.Whether religious programmes and
organizations can resolve their issues. The answer is if they were resolving the issues then there would not
had such mass level irrationalities and tremendous issues through out the nation. Whether democracy or
government can make resolution of overall issues.
People of India need to realize their own potential. We need to go back to aristocracy concept of ancient
of Rome. However in the process we are not disturbing or affecting the on going module of democracy in
India. The self driven aristocracy is thought to work in parallel with on going current module of
democracy.
The process is of switching from democracy to self driven aristocracy. The process is not going to involve
agitations, movements and processing the hampering the Government or doing fastings. Here people of
India would take up the charge of situation themselves. The national level issues are discussed, made well
studies of that. Resources are thought of resolving the issues.
The resources shall be deployed and resultant will be seen that the particular issue is resolved. Where ever
it is required the coordination of Government would be appreciable otherwise people will take themselves
the charge of situation in terms of their own welfare.
Gradually the country will be directly driven by the group of professional people of different fields,
scientists of different fields and extreme experts of finance. By the process which people will takeover
this business of driving country in their hand and run the business of driving country by themselves
instead of conventional politicians.
But in the process if politicians and ruling party people are participating then they are not denied to take
up their role in overall improvements. On making learnt people of doing ground works themselves it is
thought that the resolution of which goes to get extended the country to get status of super power country

2. and the potential of this country will be strongly higher in the fields of military affairs, finance, science
and technologies, infrastructure, welfare and in terms of real beauty of nation where roads, infrastructure
will look superior than most powerful all the countries.
To achieve the goal people has to diversify their attentions to real scholars and let us drive the country by
the group of intellectual scientists of different fields. Author wants to get joined professional people in his
drive who are possessing more potential being enriched by higher intellects, education and wealth.

India based. We need to recruit Aristocrats area wise. People of India have to learn of resolving their
issues themselves through the platform of Aristocracy. About 100000 qualified and well settled aristocrats
are thought to participate in the scheme all over India based. We need to publish the series of
advertisements in local news papers and invite people of India to join Indian Institute of Aristocracy. We
need to emphasis on propagating Indian Institute of Aristocracy on website and social medias like
facebook, linkedin, instagram etc. We need to invite people of India to bring resources and allocate those

3. resources to Indian Institute of Aristocracy. If the formula of Aristocracy is successful then the country
will be association of 125 crore people working in one direction.We need complete network of bullet train
all over India. We need connectivity and full integration of all rivers so far as infrastructure is concerned.
We need to purchase an island nearest to USA to see that all intellectual Indians more than 5 million per
annum can settle in USA without H1B visa on the base of Indian Passports only.
We need to raise infrastructure bond of budget of expenses of 2050 infrastructure now.
Likewise so many schemes can be launched. We need to make the guild of entrepreneurs and investors to
wipe out unemployment throughout India. First we need to concentrate on the issues of removing poverty
and unemployment throughout India. This kind of mega sized developments are not possible until and
unless we bring all 125 crore people of India on single platform that is Indian Institute of Aristocracy. As
time advances Aristocracy will takeover the process of democracy. Only the requirement is that group of
people should launch full fledged Indian Institute of Aristocracy. The concept is very nice. How to make
