3. GUIDELINES
Objective: To allow Near Eastside residents and
stakeholders a periodic opportunity to celebrate
accomplishments, to admit failures, to share challenges, and
to add new objectives, goals, and actions to the Near
Eastside Quality of Life Plan.
Nothing is removed or added to the Quality of Life Plan
unless 75% of those gathered agree. Everyone can vote.
Everyone can speak.

13. SKILLS BANK
1.1.G Item : Develop an online printed skills bank of local
craftsmen/trades.
Lead Partner: JHBCC
Item garaged at previous meeting 1 ½ years ago. Comment
made that this was what Angie’s List does. Program would be
larger than could be maintained, question of who would be
liable, how to figure out who is licensed or not. Is it relevant ?
14. GREEN PRACTICES
Item 6.3.G Support green practices by becoming an
implementation neighborhood for Indy GreenPrint.
Lead Partner: Livability Action Team – NESCO
Indy GreenPrint no longer exists. The Livability Action Team
was also never formed. Was garaged 1 year ago for editing
for the neighborhood and to explore further how the
neighborhood can support green practices. No work has been
completed to date.

resources in the neighborhoods, including both licensed and
unlicensed daycares, nurseries, and multi-family childcare services.
