Who can participate?

  The Employer: Any company looking to receive free job posting and
  instant access to the StaffingForce Associate who represents the pre-
  screened, qualified, and available job seekers. The employer pays the fee
  The Job Seeker: Anyone who would like to manage their career
  information, search for jobs, and receive FREE anonymous and
  confidential representation from a StaffingForce Associate
  The Independent Associate: Anyone over 18 years of age

How does it work?
Employers:
1.    Search for candidates on the StaffingForce website
2.    Select candidates of interest to them
3.    Provide StaffingForce with their contact information and details about their
      company
4.    Provide details about their open position
5.    Receive prompt follow up from a StaffingForce Associate and the engagement
      begins
      Note: Employers can interview candidates for free. Payment of fees are ONLY
      required if a successful hire is made. Fees range: 20% to 35% of the annual
      starting salary. 100% mark-ups for interim placements is common

Job Seekers:
1.    Search for jobs on the StaffingForce website
2.    Select jobs they have interest in
3.    Provide contact information and submit a professional resume
4.    Receive a prompt follow up from StaffingForce Associate
      Note: Jobseekers always receive FREE staffing services

How does it work?
Independent Associates:
1. Are invited to register on the StaffingForce website.
2. Receive training on recruiting, staffing and systems
3. Develop their membership base of (job seekers & hiring managers) by:
             Sourcing contacts into the system
             Securing candidate career info
             Matching job seekers with appropriate jobs
             Sourcing employer jobs into the system
             Sourcing hiring managers
             Securing the job requisitions from the hiring managers
             Facilitating placements
4. Build their associate network by referring other interested in the associate program
        Note: Associates pay a $100 (one-time) setup fee and $68.00 per month to access
        the StaffingForce Pro platform and participate in the Associate Program. Once you
        have five Associates in your first team, you will be earning $68 per month in
        Subscription Commissions. Thus, your monthly subscription is FREE.

Subscription Commissions
 StaffingForce Associates earn directly and indirectly a total of 50% in
 commissions of the monthly subscription revenues generated by your
 seven-team Associate Network.

Performance Percentages ™

  Each Associate Role in the staffing process is assigned a Performance
  Percentage.
  The Performance Percentage is equitably proportioned, and 80% of the
  generated revenues are paid in commissions

Permanent Placement Commissions
 The following example is a breakdown in commissions for a permanent
 placement. $80,000.00 (annual staring salary) x 25% (fee percentage) =
 $20,000.00 (placement fee) x 80% (commission percentage) = $16,000.00
 (associate commission).

Interim Placement Commissions
 The following example is a breakdown in commissions for an interim
 placement. $40.00 (hourly rate to be paid to the employee) x 100%
 (mark-up) = $80.00 (bill rate to be paid by the employer).
 After deductions for payroll funding, payroll burden, workmen's comp. and
 employee payout there is $28.20 (generated revenues per hour) available
 for distribution. For a 40 hour workweek the following holds true:

Team Placement Commissions
 In addition to earning 80% of your generated revenues, Associates will also
 earn directly and indirectly a total of 10% of the generated revenues produced
 by their seven-team Associate Network.
 Commissions will continue for as long as team members generate revenue by
 leveraging StaffingForce. Commissions can exceed individual production
