Mr. N. Balasubramaniam has a rich experience of over 15 years in Consulting,
Training and architecting J2EE and Enterprise based solutions. He started his career
as a developer and then went on to Designing and delivering distributed
applications to a variety of clientele. He has a strong interest in Training; and has
over the years acquired expertise in cutting edge software platforms that help
transform the way organizations build IT solutions.
His consulting experience includes:
1. J2EE solutions: Mr. Bala’s deep knowledge of the J2EE space has resulted in
the design and architecture, and several successful deployments of Java
based applications across many organizations. His understanding of Service
oriented architecture (SOA), Service virtualization and Enterprise application
integration (EAI) has led to bringing in several best practices to the J2EE
community. He has also extensively third party frameworks to simplify design
and achieve scalability. He has been a keen follower of Mobile application

Training programs on CA APM, an end-to-end performance monitoring
solution that helps in reducing defects and lower IT costs to business.
3. CA Devtest 9: Mr. Bala is a known SME on service virtualization, a bleeding
edge platform that helps in reducing infrastructural costs, achieve quicker de
testing cycles and perform root-cause analysis better. The CA Devtest suite
of products is used pervasively in Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, banking and
Airline domains are amongst the many other verticals. Bala has helped many

4. WAN Optimization and Performance Management: Mr. Bala has also consulted

Appresponse portals. Widely used in mission critical, data intensive
enterprise applications, Bala has reviewed and advised on Network
architecture to US based Government agencies on how to achieve massive
