Yoga is a practice that is done to balance the mind,
body, and soul. It comes from ancient India.
Nowadays, Yoga is considered only for physical
benefits by limiting it to poses or asanas only. But
that's not the truth. Yoga offers extremely large
benefits not only for the body but for the mind also.

Some Yoga Poses for beginners
Here are some yoga poses for beginners to perform
daily for maintaining the overall health of the body.
There are different poses for different problems in the
body.
Vajrasana (Diamond thunderbolt):
This pose is very helpful in digestive issues. You can
perform this pose after having a meal. Vajrasana helps
to digest food easily. This pose is to be done for at least
2 minutes
Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
Bhujangasana is great to improve the flexibility of the
body. Bhujangasana improves the blood flow through
the whole body. It also provides strength to the body.
Very good pose for spine also.
Balasana (Child’s pose)
Balasana is very useful in back, shoulders, and chest
problems. It relaxes the body and the mind as well.
Also good for flexibility
Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving
Pose)
Pawanmuktasana is great for people with acidity
issues. It releases the gas. Also helps in constipation.
Helpful in back pain also
