 SDC Recruitment is one of the most dynamic new specialist IT &
Technical recruitment companies in the UK and Turkey & is on preferred
supplier lists (PSLs) of many organisations both large & small.
 Established in 2014 in Istanbul after a successful career in IT
recruitment at OCC computing personnel in Nantwich England , now a
fresh new blood and an innovative way of recruiting in both the Turkish
market and EMEA with a successful experienced HR and IT recruiters. We
are based in Bahariye Kadikoy and has subsequently concentrated all its
operations from this single purpose built Head Office, covering whole of
Turkey as well as mainland Europe, Middle/Far East, USA , Turkey.

 SDC supplies & recruits IT specialists with large variety of
technical skills across a wide variety of sectors.
 SDC has a database of many thousands of candidates.
 Because of our strong presence in geographies that we
cover, many of these candidates live or wish to work in
these areas.

identifying & supplying candidates for both permanent &

 Advertising – We advertise on Multiple Specialist jobs boards
 CV Search – We use multiple jobs boards including specialist jobs boards to search for
the right candidates with the right skills
 Internal database – Our internal database consists of over 200,000 candidates. We
keep our database update with frequent update calls to candidates
 Candidate pre screening- Before sending our CVs to clients we have a telephone
conversation / face to face meeting with them discussing their CV & experiences in
depth. Also for roles which require modern language skills we can check their fluency
in that Language. Languages spoken in the office include: English, Turkish, Russian,
German and Arabic
 Interview Preparation: we prepare the candidates thoroughly for the interview
sometimes including a telephone interview conducted by ourselves prior to a face to
face meeting with the client
 Psychometric Testing- We also can provide Psychometric testing as part of the
interview process as an additional service if required
