Universal Design for Learning aims to make curriculum accessible to all students by considering different learning styles, backgrounds, and abilities. It promotes designing activities with choices, pathways, and multiple means of representation, action and expression, and engagement. The four components - goals, materials, methods, and assessments - should provide variety to support all students. The overall goal is to reduce barriers in curriculum so that all students have an equal chance of success.
