Berawal dari ketertarikannya pada bidang neuroscience, Iqbal yang berlatar
belakang pendidikan di Physic Engineering dengan pengalaman 9 tahun bekerja
dibidang corporate finance dan perpajakan, mulai mempelajari ilmu yang
berkenaan dengan human behavior dan linguistic, yang akhirnya sejak tahun 2009
dengan serius menekuni profesi dibidang personal /business coaching, counselling
dan trainer/fasilitator.
Saat saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas saran dan ide yang
diberikan pada sesi coaching, pak Iqbal menanyakan “yang
mana ya bu?” ..saya baru tersadar bahwa ide dan action plan
