Work Experience
Lecturer: August 2008 to Present
Department of Mathematics, Foundation Program, Qatar University Doha, Qatar.
Duties include teaching the preparatory level mathematics courses (Elementary to intermediate level college algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus etc.), writing and grading exams, other relevant work within the department and University.
Committee works as required by the department or Foundation Program.
Courses taught at Qatar University:
Foundation Mathematics including Intro-Concepts of Mathematics, College Algebra- Applications, College Algebra, Plane Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus (Foundation level Math 1, Math 2, Math 3 and Math 4).
Intermediate Algebra course coordinator: Academic year 2009-2010
Duties includes but not limited to making and organizing the syllabus for the course, coordinating with the instructor teaching that course, writing and grading exams, prepare the final reports etc.
Graduate Teaching Assistant: August 2004 to August 2008.
Department of Mathematics, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, USA.
Duties include teaching, grading and mentoring undergraduate courses.

Awarded the “Great Teachers Retreat” Award by Vice President and Chief Academic Officer of Qatar University as an acknowledgement of being a great teacher during 2010- 2011.
