Operasi Kaunter PPA
Dalam Tempoh PKPB (Fasa 1)
1. Urusan di Kaunter PPA hanya boleh
dilaksanakan melalui temujanji sahaja
(melalui telefon). Urusan secara Walk-In
tidak dibenarkan.
2. Staf/pelajar diminta hadir mengikut masa
yang ditetapkan dalam temujanji.

4. Sebarang pertanyaan boleh dibuat melalui
saluran yang dinyatakan di bawah.
Perkhidmatan PPA
Dalam Tempoh PKPB (Fasa 1)
1. Surat Pengesahan Pelajar/Surat Buka Akaun = Kemuka Permohonan
melalui Emel PPA
2. Pengesahan Dokumen = Kemuka Permohonan melalui Emel PPA
3. Permohonan Penggantian Kad Matrik = Muat Turun Borang dari Portal
PPA > Isi Borang dengan Lengkap > Hantar kepada Emel PPA
4. Penangguhan Pengajian, Berhenti Pengajian, Peperiksaan Khas ,
Rayuan Semakan Semula Skrip Jawapan Peperiksaan Akhir &
Permohonan KGDS = Muat Turun Borang dari Portal PPA > Isi Borang
dengan Lengkap > Hantar kepada Fakulti/Pusat
5. Surat Tamat Pengajian = Log In E-community > Klik Menu Student
Completion Letter > Pilih Versi BM atau BI > Muat Turun & Cetak
6. Transkrip = Log In E-community > Klik Menu Partial Transcript > Muat
Turun & Cetak
7. Semakan Status Bergraduat = Laman Web UMP > Klik Menu Graduate
Search > Masukkan Maklumat (IC /Nombor Pasport Atau ID Pelajar) >
Tekan Enter > Status

1. Imbas QR Code dan isi maklumat
REKOD PELAWAT yang disediakan
sebelum memulakan urusan.
2. Jalani saringan suhu > 37.5°C Tidak
dibenarkan masuk
3. Pakai pelitup muka (face mask)
4. Guna ‘hand sanitizer’ sebelum dan
selepas berurusan
5. Amalkan penjarakan sosial

NEW NORMAL OF THE PPA COUNTER SERVICE DURING THE CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO) - PHASE 1|

PPA Counter Service
During CMCO (Phase 1)
1. Services at the PPA counter will be available
by appointment only (by telephone). Walk-in
customers will not be entertained.
2. Customers must abide by the time allocated in
the appointment.

1. Student Verification Letter/Account Opening Letter = Submit
Application via PPA Email
2. Verification of Document = Submit Application via PPA Email
3. Replacement of Matric Card = Download Form from PPA Portal>
Complete the Form > Submit to PPA Email
4. Application for Deferment of Study, Withdrawal of Study, Special
Examination, Re-Examination of Final Exam Scripts & Re-
registration (KGDS) = Download Form from PPA Portal> Complete the
Form > Submit to Faculty/Centre
5. Letter of Completion = Log In E-community > Click Student Completion
Letter Menu > Choose Version BM or BI > Download & Print
6. Transcript = Log In E-community > Click Partial Transcript Menu >
Download & Print
7. Checking Graduation Status = Go To UMP Website > Click Graduate
Search Menu > Key In Information (IC / Passport Number or Student ID) >
Enter > Status

commencing business.
2. Scan for temperature > 37.5°C will not
allowed to enter
