To Creative Dynamics
Strategic Highlights
Creative Dynamics is one of the prestigious engineering company of Pakistan. Working with
such an ambitious company can be a dream of any student. Their priority first comes with
strategic plans like Appropriate best of class control solutions, Professional, focused and
effective technical skills.
Working Experience
No doubt they have one the best and most professional and qualified employees. Working with
them was my first step towards professionalism. Their long term commitments to client’s goals
is an effective way to inspire stakeholders and surround. They have been working with the top
industries and organization since 1999.
Get-Along Communication
They’re easy to communicate, their primary focus is to understand first then work which
enables the employees to feel comfortable in tackling tasks and projects assigned to them.
This also provides, those (trainees, internees) who work with them, a comfort zone.
Looking Ahead
Leaving this short time of internship might cause unprofessional manner in one’s personality.
It’s been my pleasure working with such well-mannered, experienced, professional staff. I
would be looking forward for any offers from this company which will drag attention engineers
to work them. I cannot say I solved every task and project they gave me properly but one thing

Abstract
Established in 1999, Creative Dynamic Engineering is one of the leading automation
systems integrators in Pakistan. CDE has been rewarded with 100% loyalty from our client
base since its conception. They have consider their commitment to supporting their clients and
stakeholders through their challenge the key factor in this achievement. Being an internee I
was given some of the tasks, my internship period includes an industrial visit to Indus Motor
Company. I have worked and researched on voltage and temperature regulators, Wire Quality
testing analysis, Air Leak Detector, Pressure Reducing valves. I have described each with
details in this report which will make easy for the company to evaluate the working hours I have
spent with them. Further I have attached other report on one the task was given to me just to
be sure what I’ve done so far.

Conclusion
After researching and going through Qualitative analysis of this project, I can conclude that this
project can be designed by using eddy-current sensors (Inductive) to detect the concentricity of
a conductor as well as we can also find out the shape of the conductor. The final readings
which will be full filling the objectives, will be taken in either voltages or frequencies generated
from eddy-current sensors placed in quadrant manner.

Digital Indicator
I spent my starting days analyzing a digital indicator SD16 from SHIMADEN. This Indicator
displays different voltages and temperature. It also have an Alarm Output which enables use
when high/low absolute value exhibits.

S.A ATEQF Air Leak Detector
The equipment is suitable for internal leakage test and pressure loss test of Ariete 2000
measuring unit, with assembled outlet pipe. The internal leakage test aims to check the 4
measuring chambers, the sealing between grid and central body, the sealing between outlet
pipe and central body and the matching of grid and valve. The 4 chambers test are performed
by rotating manually the valve in two different positions, where chambers are alternatively
“open” and “closed”, by applying a depressurization at outlet pipe level and measuring if
depressurizing value changes within a certain time. The instrument utilized is the system
Analitique ATEQ F3. The pressure loss test aims to check the good assembly of measuring
group, by measuring the pressure loss at the liked flow rate (150 lt/h). The test is performed by
applying a depressurization at outlet pipe level, while controlling the differential pressure

between atmosphere and outlet pipe, by means of a liquid differential gauge. An optical sensor
will detect if the allowable upper value is overcome.
Industrial Visit to Indus Motor Company
Lastly I went to Indus Motor Company to repair some of the modules assembled by Creative
Dynamics Engineering. They have had some issues with some buttons, missing bolts, lose
screws. One of the sensor was also burnt out. We worked at Engine assembling workshop
where I first time I saw how the engine as well as the whole Toyota car was prepared. This visit
was the best part of my internship. I have learned a lot of new things here.
