Case Study
Let’s focused on a current problem of one of the biggest, advertising
company called “ABC”. Daiana is working as a young assistant manager of
ABC company and Alex is an mature employee who works below her.
One day the company received an order from a readymade clothe company
to create a suitable advertisement for them. In that case the assistant
manager gives the idea and theme to employee to create the
advertisement. but the employee ignores her ideas and do it his own way.
At the final out put there has been promoted only the gents items and also
the advertisement has failed to get the attraction of the new generation. It’s
more suitable for the old generation.
Because of this case the readymade cloth company has rejected this
advertisement. So argument between assistant manager and employee has
begun.
