To whom it may concern:
Northwest Counseling professionals (NWCP), LLC is offering various areas of professional
consulting services to agencies in the community that are providing and/or seeking to
provide substance abuse treatment services to individuals struggling with addiction, that
is licensed and/or seeking to become licensed under the Department of Community
Health (DCH), Healthcare Facilities Regulation Division (HFRD).
Our services may include, but not limited to:
 Support in completing the Drug Abuse Treatment Education Program (DATEP) / Nar-
cotic Treatment Program (NTP) Application Process; *Onsite/Offsite training options
 Development, Implementation and/or revision of policies, procedures and/or proto-
cols;
 Assistance with identifying the appropriate American Society of Addiction Medicine
(ASAM) Level of Care (LOC) to meet the agencies identified client needs;
 Assistance with the DCH-HFRD survey process (i.e.: initial , re-licensure, complaint,
re-location, adding additional services, change of status, etc.) *Ongoing consulting
services offered;
 NWCP willing to be a liaison between the contracting agency and DCH-HRFD to assist
providers with meeting application deadlines, regulation requirements and complet-
ing the survey process;
 Quality Assurance / Improvement (i.e.: Plan of Correction (POC), client satisfaction,
program development etc.)
 Clinical Supervision for Substance Abuse Professionals which may include group or
individual supervision, treatment team support, etc;
 Staff training / education (in various areas of the Eight (8) Core Functions of Addic-
tion).
