Weekly Report
Week 1.
 Met my internship manager and he gave a brief introduction about the
company and introduced me to the accounting team.
 Supervisor instructed me to categorize the physical bills company wise.
 Crosschecked whether the physical bills have been posted in the tally
software.
 Handed over the unposted bills to the supervisor and which were later
posted by him.
 Segregated the paid and unpaid bills of each company and filed them in
their respective files.
 Attended the weekly meeting of the accounting department.
Week 2.
 Supervisor taught me about the functioning of tally Erp 9.
 Posted daily financial transactions and activities in the tally software.
 Performed administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating
accounting files, as and when required.
 Assisted senior accountant in the preparation of yearly closings.
 Ensured that all the recorded information is accurate. In the caseof any
kind of inaccuracy, immediately communicated the same to the
superiors.

2.  Attended the Weekly Meeting of Accounting department.
Week 3.
 Performed administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating
accounting files, as and when required.
 Posted daily financial transactions and activities in the tally software.
 Attended the Weekly Meeting of Accounting department.
Week 4.
 Supervisor Taught me about the functioning of Compu office Software
used for filing GST return , income tax returns.
 Posted daily financial transactions and activities in the tally software.
 Extracted the GST return Documents of different Clients and Checked
that every client has filed their return .
 Drafted mails to clients who did not file the return .
 Attended the Weekly Meeting of Accounting department.
