Planning Testing and Implementation”) from January 2013 – Present
 The Project was initiated in London, where we made direct contact with both of
the Business Users and the Vendor, so that the business requirements can be
created by their help along with the system requirements with the Vendor’s
assistance.
 The Idea of this Project is to enhance a Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Software known as “Changepoint” and implement more functionalities in it , so
that it can operates as If it’s a complete ERP System just like the other worldwide
known ERP systems like “SAP, Microsoft, Oracle”. Later it shall be used as the ERP
in SQS for all the following Countries “Nordics, United Kingdom , Republic of
Ireland, South Africa and the United States of America”
 “Changepoint” doesn’t have a current financial engine, so the financial module of
SAP known as SAP FICO “SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling” is enrolled in
the project as the tool that is currently being integrated with Changepoint to
reach a complete ERP System.
 ERP Project’s main Experience :

converting them into system requirements along with the vendor

 Identifying test conditions out of the elicitated user stories and the design of their
