As VNOC - Operations Video Conference / WebEx Services -Vidyo
Dealing with corporate customers for providing audio/video/WebEx conferencing
solution.
Detailed profile is as below:
 Supervising and directing employees in their day-to-day tasks.
 Handling customer escalations regarding service and technical issues
 Training new joined, creating training modules.
 Working on POLYCOM platform HD/SD for video-conference
 Video Conferencing Equipment experience
(E.g. Polycom/Tandberg/Vidyo HD conference).
 Performing and arranging successful product demonstrations and training for
customers.
 Working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the user
experience and making the product more user friendly.
 Improve the customer experience, decrease time-to-resolution, and maximize
team efficiency.
 Determine project objectives to be followed by subordinates.
 Handled technical requirements for network and ensured implementation of
