10. POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT
We offer a fixed tariff with minor escalation compared to
the major price spikes in thermal plants, as the fossil fuel
prices continue to increase.
We will design & install the solar PV system
according to your requirement with Zero upfront
costs. Pay only for what you use.
We will take care of monitoring, maintenance, and replacement
costs. We will ensure the system is operating at optimal levels
during the contract duration.

11. POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA)
PRINCIPLES
Together, we have a long-term supply contract.
We develop, design, build, operate and maintain on-site solar systems for Plastica.
We and our partners own the system during the contract, and Plastica pays only for the
electricity produced.
We provide a flexible solution tailored to Plastica needs and power costs targets.
Plastica gets the ownership of the solar power plant at the contract ends.
