date he was promoted to Senior Engineer. From November 01, 2009 to May 31, 2013 he was Senior Engineer of
Technical Division. He was permanent employee of Dhaka Telephone Company Limited. He was performed his
work 50 hours per week having gross salary of BDT 27,0001- (Twenty Seven Thousand Only) monthly.
His major responsibilities was-
l. planning, designing, building, configuring and commissioning telecommunications devices,
networks systems, such as voice, radio, two-way, data, microwave, digital data systems, ensuring
system interconnect.
2. Compiling engineering project proposals to define goals, identifu scope, background and need'
and ascertain cost ofequipment, parts and services.
3. Evaluating and procuring new products and services from vendors'
4. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures in the provision of system for
telecommunication.
5. Selecting and developing new telecommunications sites by locating sites, filing documents,
drawing up Documents for approval, drafting construction drawings and following through to
approval.
6. Determining appropriate configurations of telecommunications hardware and software, ensuring
desired performance of telecommunications equipment'
7. Identifuing and analyzing problems and needs of existing telecommunications systems, such as
Interference, intelligibility and clarity, to determine the most appropriate means of reducing,
eliminating and avoiding current and future problems.
8. Monitoring telecommunications systems to assess need for updates, upgrades, enhancement,
preventive maintenance assessing performance levels of system hardware and software to project
future needs, and developing shorthand long-terms plans for updating equipment, adding
capabilities, enhancing existing.
He was very sincere, hardworking and technically sound therefore I recommend him for any endeavor he
