• 1-Follow up job changes situation of moulds and modifications - usually there is 2 to
3 job changes per week.
2- Follow up new received mould sets' design and dimensions with performance.
3- Follow up production running mould and defects related to mould.
4-Follow up requirements of mould stock, tracking mould and equipment in need,
more than100 mould sets.
5-Managing required work by machinery in mould shop:
- 3 lathe and Milling machine.
- Polishing machine.
- Sonicam pantograph machine.
-Polishing plunger machine
- Neck ring repair.
- Deckel lettering pantograph.
6-Managing required work with high performance of 20 employees in the mould
shop:
And follow up with the organizing of stock warehouse.
8- Follow up all materials and tools to repair our mould- welding powder, files and
tools.
9- Prepare monthly consumption reports, in addition to organizing the K.P.I
monthly.
10-Update every day through accepts all mould movements through the I.S
operators and mould fitters to repair the mould accordingly.
11- Manufacturing of all parts required for all service departments in the plant with
available machines in the workshop as per technical drawing or sample part
required.
12- Well worse with Press and Blow (NNPB lightweight), Blow and Blow
manufacturing process.
13- Involve with Management to ensure on time movement for new and internal
transfer of mold equipment.
14- Maintain all require spares and stores as per department requirement.

consumption reports, Maintenance, purchase of department assets.
16- Provide a proper training to all employees for better performance from them.
