April, 2009 until Present, working in Qatar Building Company as
(Section Head of Steel Engineering Workshop ) and the following are
my responsibilities for this position:
1. Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages
and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw material and
manpower).
2. Prepares annual production plans and obtains approval from
general manager.
3. Supervises machines maintenance programs. Recommends
machines modifications if needed. Ensures smooth supply of spare
parts.
4. Prepares annual manpower plan. Makes sure all vacant positions
are filled in coordination with personnel manager.

3. Design any new mold using Solid Works Program and provide
drawings to follow in fabricating process.
4. Improve and enlarge the small steel work shop available and
establish the Steel Engineering Workshop (SEW).
