I have had the opportunity to work alongside Mr. Mike McClure at Luca International Group where he
and I became colleagues in January 2015. During our time working together I came to know him well,
and was consistently impressed with his unparalleled work ethic and his respectfulness towards
everyone.
Mr. McClure is a team-minded individual who regularly put the needs of the company before his own. In
his role as Completions Engineer, he traveled to Louisiana periodically in order to work on our oil wells.
Not only did this require an unconventional work schedule, it required an incredible amount of attention
to detail as well as sustained energy and dedication. Furthermore, in oil and gas field operations there
are many unexpected technical situations that have to be dealt with quickly but calmly. At Luca, we
knew that if Mr. McClure was assigned to a project, it would be completed with the highest degree of
quality and dedication. He met all work challenges with grace and without question.
I had the opportunity to observe his interactions with all the people in our office; he is by far the best
liked person at Luca. Not only was he extremely courteous and helpful to anyone needing assistance, he
was egalitarian, treating every person with the same level of respect regardless of title or tenure.
For your information, I am the Human Resource Manager at Luca International Group. I have been in
this profession over 15 years, which has provided me experience in character and behavior assessments.
I am confident that Mr. McClure would be a very nurturing and responsible custodian to his grandson.
