1. As a result of the collapse in the oil price in 2015, Santos as prudent managers
had to eliminate over 2500 positions both employees and contractors, to remain
viable, including mine. I am now exploring opportunities that will take full

Responsibilities
– Delivery of cultural heritage clearances for projects in remote areas
– Delivering the identification, assessment, conservation and protection of places
and objects with cultural heritage significance to Aboriginal people. This is in
conjunction with Santos’ exploration, development and production aspirations.
Achievements
– Built enduring relationships between multiple Native Title Claimant Groups
– Effectively managed up to 8 traditional owners and a technical specialist in a
remote environment
– Diffused and managed crisis situations to enable project execution
– Delivered all requested project clearances on time, avoiding financial penalties
from contractors being on standby.
– Because of my organizational skills and effective time management, I could
run this field position by myself, when I took leave, two contractors and more
were need to achieve the same outcomes.
2. – Implemented the CHMP (Cultural Heritage Management Plan) as agreed to with
the traditional owners with no breaches of the policy and delivering on our
obligations.
– Developed and implemented our field data capture process and documentation
using my GIS / GPS / mapping background. My process is a leader in our
industry.
– 100% compliant with health and safety outcomes for myself and my clients,
encouraged safety initiatives on the ground, staying hydrated, sunsafe, snake
awareness, no IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) exceptions, personnel
always wore correct PPE, always met KPI’s year in year out.

Responsibilities
– The delivery of Geological and Geophysical maps, plans, schematics, cross
sections, overheads, journal diagrams, posters and presentations for Santos’s
Operations in Australia and World wide interests, using GIS and drafting.
Achievements
– Developed and implemented the data capture of Santos’s Cooper Basin
infrastructure assets using Differential Global Positioning Equipment for input
into Santos’s GIS and document management system.
– I initiated this project after GPS became available for public use in the 90’s and
implemented with a limited budget, still one of my highlights.
– The migration of non GPS data with GPS data into the GIS data base
