Raising the Transmission line for the passage of the trains
Construction of primary booths (including GIS - Gas Insulated Switchgear)
Develop all the Technical diagram and projects for all systems and all stations, pathways : Electrical - High, Medium and
low voltage, Traction system, Civil Projects, Primary cabins, lighting pathways, escape route, etc
Construction of tunnels for the cabling will feed the stations since primary cabins - 3 km under roads and streets
Supply all materials as well responsible for the installation of all of them.
It is a 6 years estimated project.

under budget – saving USD 600K - , negotiating new contracts of services , parking lot usage and saving over USD 4M.
• Coordinated the construction of new sites: Plaza / Barueri / Eldorado / CENU / CETIC, changing the headquarter of the
company twice and implementing new concepts of space utilization. In Barueri site was reused more than 50% of all the
material from these demolition generating savings of USD200 thousand
• Coordinating a study to reuse over 2.500 items from the demolition of the sites, during the consolidation process done,
and donating them to some business around Brazil bringing a cost avoidance over USD 1.3 M to the company.
• Supporting the company leadership in studies for strategic plan of consolidation, implementation of new operation, cost
reduction plan, annual budget.
