ANG Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center
Project Summary:
Provided Non-Personal Services, including all labor, and personnel
certified to work in ‘confined spaces’, equipment, supplies,
materials, testing, transportation, plant, and supervision
necessary to provide and install all equipment and hardware for
an enterprise wireless solution to supply wireless internet services
to buildings and surrounding areas at the Combat Readiness
Training Center (CRTC), Gulfport, MS.
During the planning stages, detailed drawings and heat mappings
were created to ensure that the planned installation would
comprehensively meet the requirements of the customer.
The installation staff assigned to the project were already trained
and certified to work in confined spaces as well as experts in the
technologies and type of network equipment used in the system.
A large team of installation technicians were used to complete the
work quickly and thus avoided any possible disruption of activity.
MCH Corporation, as the prime contractor, provided these
services to the Mississippi Air National Guard with the
assistance, and major contributions of its subcontractor,
Hyperion Inc. of McLean, VA at the Combat Readiness Training
Center located at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport,
Mississippi.
