Public spaces where it occurs can be owned/managed by many different organisations including:
ā€¢ Local council
ā€¢ Transit operators via PPPs
ā€¢ Australia Post
ā€¢ Electricity Infrastructure Provider
ā€¢ Private homes
If the affected area includes property of multiple ā€˜ownersā€™ then it can be very difficult to have it all
cleaned up- and thus to restore the overall streetscape.

Customer / Audience
Varied members of the community- primarily residents overlooking the affected area.
Stakeholders
All ā€˜owningā€™ organisations, private property owners.
The Goal
To ensure all elements of the streetscape are cleaned delivering a graffiti- free ux regardless of who
ā€˜ownsā€™ each part.
