BodyPlex Fitness previously employed Mike Bick as Director of Sales Management. During his
employment, Mike managed our sales team, developed sales procedures and trained personnel in
sales techniques. In addition, Mike customized a step-by-step production & sales tracking system
that clearly defined daily responsibilities and ensured reaching monthly goals.
Mike is an intelligent and motivated individual and is more than capable of managing any size sales
team. As Sales Director, Mike increased our overall production dramatically. In addition, Mike
