The analysis is done with 2
molecules that are in all the cells of
the body, the first is used to check
the results or evaluate the changes,
in this case B-actin. The other
molecule will be the one we want to
evaluate and study, for us it will be
the CaMKIId (Calcium/calmodulin
dependent protein kinase II delta)

We then turned to explore the underlying mechanism of DEX in
MI/R injury. It is well established that miRs show close participation
in the setting of MI/R injury via exerting effects on multiple key
elements

expression, and miR-346-3p knockdown remarkably reversed the
protective effects of DEX on MI/R rat myocardium. In support of
these, previous work has verified the abnormal downregulation of
miR-346 in the MI/R injury rat model, and miR-346 overexpression
attenuates myocardial injury, as manifested by the reduced infarct
area and myocardial cell apoptosis

10. Conclusions
• Molecular biology is a great support for medicine in the
diagnosis of infectious diseases, autoimmune, orphan
and more, it allows to easily recognize the abnormal
expression of a gene or the production of a protein
that under normal conditions should not be, and based
on this analyze the impact it generates on the body
• Molecular biology is a great therapeutic target for the
prevention of diseases, allows the development of
proteins, hormones and other compounds that humans
cannot generate on their own because of their
condition and that we can thus administer and improve
their quality of life
