Data analyst. Responsible for determining applicability of a virtual logistics tool’s data set for
fleet management business analysis. Developed several tools to quickly analyze, format, and
compare large number of data (over 400 mb) sets using SQL and python. Developed concepts
for cost avoidance, demonstrating a potential avoidance of $1.4M. Co-develop operation
availability (Ao) showing increase of 30% of availability through implementing the virtual
logistics tool. Worked within the team to direct staff for various analysis threads showing
timesavings of the tool.

Data Analyst and Database Developer: Assisted the client for business decisions on workload
and staffing by developing a repeatable and flexible method that determines workload of over
1,200 Class VII and Class II systems and over 37,000 Class IX items. Facilitated Expert Choice
™ sessions with executive level clients determine weightings for workload analysis. Presented
analysis concept to the client’s Executive and Managers. Developed macros and visual basic
script to import survey data into the Integrated Workforce Planning Solution database (IWPS).
Created custom scripts, SQL, macros, forms, tables, and queries to automatically analyze Class
VII and Class II items to Class IX parts to staff workload to staff competencies, resulting in a
recommend optimize staffing profile for each weapon system and identifying dependencies
across the directorates. Resulting complex analysis was presented in summary graphics.
Joint Program Office Chemical Biological Medical Systems (JPM CBMS). Oct

Quality Manager: Designed, implemented, and maintained quality assurance program based
on analyzing the business and processes. Assisted with developing sampling plans and protocols
for testing lateral flow immunoassay finished material. Supported resolution of over 70
corrective actions (out of standard compliance). Assured the quality program through design,
implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2008required documentation to meet third
party registration audits – totaling 34 documents. Responsible for all customer complaints and

wrote coding for FY13 and FY14 relational database Access. Creating relational database to
manage the improvement and document control systems. Provide continual support for

Technical Writer: Drafted and finalized four technical reports on detection of emerging threats
in biological and environmental matrices.

Joint Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) – Joint Chemical,
Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Program Analysisand
Integration Office (PAIO): Oct 2012 – March 2013
CBRN Analyst: Designed and wrote Survivability report comparing DoD systems (>200)
against the Chemical Biological Defense Program’s capabilities to determine gaps and
improvement options. Presented the final report to the Services and the Missile Defense Agency.

Marketing Pipeline Administrator: Coordinated continuous collection, updates, and
distribution of 30-60 opportunities averaging $600 million for the market lead.
Event coordination: Co-planned and executed two capabilities exchanges for the office to
