Senior Vice President - Director of Secondary Marketing
Oversee all aspects of Secondary Marketing. Responsibilities include pricing, hedging, product development,
post-closing, and loan delivery. Support both Santander’s Retail and Wholesale distribution channels. Responsible
for Agency and Private Investor relationships. Represent Santander at both FNMA and FHLMC Regional Advisory
Boards. I play a senior role within this Bank and Mortgage Company and have had a significant impact during
my tenure. Santander is a major global banking institution with a large footprint in the Northeast US.

Developed and managed the Chase Residential Mortgage Conduit Program. Developed policies and procedures
regarding: Loan Registration; Loan Receipt and Review; Funding; Pricing; and, Pipeline Management. Also,
responsible for the initial Marketing and Contract Negotiation efforts as well as the development of a front-end
System to process loans from Registration to Funding. Managed and coordinated the various personnel responsible
to the Conduit. Managed the daily operation of the business and interfaced with numerous Chase departments
including: Servicing and Master Servicing; Legal; Accounting; Underwriting; Marketing; and Information
Technology. These efforts entailed all aspects of Mortgage Banking and required an in-depth knowledge of the
industry and considerable experience.

Worked closely with both retail and wholesale staff to ensure competitive products and pricing. Traded both whole
loans and securities to manage pipeline interest rate risk. Worked closely on a daily basis with major Wall Street
firms, FNMA, and private investors. Also was involved in the purchase and sale of whole loan packages.
