$883,000 in 2013. As of March 18, 2015 there were 49 properties on the market. The least
expensive property on the market is listed for $409,000. It is a two bedroom on the river.
The most expensive property on the market now is listed at $12,375,000. The median list
price of the 49 properties on the market is $1,850,000.
