and Ontario. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Maintenance and ReliabilityProfes sional (CMRP) and holds a MBA. His goal
oriented,hands-on technical acumen compliments a methodological and real-world business approach,thus resulting
in continuous improvements thatyield positive results.As a Total Productive Maintenance Specialist, Michael works
with team-members to integrate standardization,structure,bestpractices,and strategies to further enhance
continuous improvementefforts.
Currently, Michael directs a team of on-site leaders,regional managers,and portfolio administration.Oversight
includes operational control of28 individual books-of-business consisting ofnumerable Master Service Agreements
(MSA), site addendums,varying scopes ofwork and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).The portfolio totals
7.5mil/square feetof manufacturing and commercial office space,with annual revenue in excess of $38mil and with
consistentyear-over-year organic growth.
Prior to joining C&WServices, Michael worked for a vinyl extrusion manufacturing firm for fifteen years. During this
tenure, Michael developed a preventive maintenance program and computerized maintenance management(CMMS-
Maximo) for all maintenance activities;CM, PM, PdM, Inventory Management,ABC Analysis,Procurement,KPIs and
reporting.He also managed the design and construction ofa new/greenfield production facility(150k/sqft) and
subsequentexpansions (150k/sqft ea),which included the design and installation ofutilities (electrical,pneumatics,
material handling systems, water systems,rail spur,etc.) production equipment,recycling equipment,compounding,
and more.
