Vocational Experience
Josh McDowell Ministries (2001 Plano Parkway,Plano, TX, 75000) (Aug. 2016 – present)
Josh’s Traveling Assistant– Traveled with Josh and during his 200 days of travel and facilitated a well-
run speaking event while helping maintain clear lines of communication between Josh and his team
Responsibility – My tasks weren’t always complicated but they were usually important. If
something went wrong at an event of if information wasn’t passed along to and from Josh
there could be far reaching consequences.
ProblemSolving – On the road a variety of unexpected problems would come up that I would
have to quickly identify and work to solve.
Leadership – during a speaking event I would have to coordinate with the Church and direct
their volunteers to ensure an event was set up correctly.
Insight – While traveling alongside Josh I was able to watch him conduct his ministry on a day
to day basis. This has given me invaluable insight into how ministry is done as well as an
increased knowledge on apologetics, cultural shift, and other topics Josh specializes in.
