GOAL
Being retired, my goal is simple, work for an organization that appreciates my experience and knowledge. I
am looking to work full or part-time for an organization that values seniors, veterans and humor.
MANAGEMENT
Budget administration; interview applicants, hire, train, supervise, evaluate and reward staff;
identify needs of staff and or unit and design and implement improvement actions; communicate
with upper management and,
INVESTIGATION
Conduct scene inspection including, photo’s, measurements, witness searches; interview
witness’, claimants’ and insured’s; conduct in-person and on-line background investigations;
prepare reports; testify at hearings; collaborate with other investigators, District Attorney’s as well
as Federal and State investigators.
CHAPLAIN
Complete a spiritual assessment and develop follow-up plan of care; affirm and engage individuals
in the observance and exploration of their faith, religious and spiritual traditions; perform rituals
and sacraments; provide counseling to individuals and serve as a resource for referral to
community based psychological/religious counselors.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Recruit, train and orient persons to serve as volunteers. Design, implement and coordinate training
and orientation program. Make appropriate placement of volunteers, conduct annual evaluation of
volunteers.
MILITARY
Achieved rank of Tech Sergeant (E-6) U.S. Air Force, completed NCO Leadership School, served
as Weapon Systems Security (now Security Forces) flight chief responsible for the protection of
base, weapon assets and supervision of 45 Security Specialists.
