5. My Vision: To see disadvantaged vulnerable Poor Children and women in my community become productive and self
supportive confident citizens.
6. My Vision Verse: Religion that GOD our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this to look after Orphans and Widows
in their distress … James 1:27
7. My Goal: The ultimate goal of my vision/TLCC is to improve the living condition of orphan and vulnerable children
and their destitute mothers through creating safe environment of exercise their right of basic needs, protection and
security.
8. Core Value: The following are what TLCC stands for in order to reach its goal and meet its vision:
Love: Giving true and practical love of concern, care and support.
Compassion: Working from the compassionate heart and sympathy without any frustration and giving up.
Passion: Giving self and living for the vision.
Integrity: implementing the vision in honesty, faithfulness, truthfulness, reliability and uprightness.
9. Credibility: Being trustworthy to God who gave the vision, to the vision itself, vision partners and the target groups
who own the vision.
10. Mission Statement:
My mission for being on this earth is to help others recognize, develop, and use their God-given natural abilities and
potential to ease poverty, suffering and grow in happiness, love, compassion, and wisdom. So that the neglected
disadvantaged vulnerable poor children and their mothers in my community (in the Church and outside the Church)
become aware of their God, God given potential, wisdom and become productive, self-supportive, independent and
confident citizen.
Thus my personal mission statement provides me clarity and gives me a sense of having a purpose or goal or aim for
my life. It defines who I am and how I will live. It is a written highlight of my values, self-reflection and self-
evaluation. Because my personal mission statement is a brief description of what I want to focus on, what I want to
accomplish and who I want to become in a particular area of my life over the next time. It is a way to focus on my
God given talent and potential towards the things that are most important to me in my life and a glimpse of growing
little light in my heart and mind to my community.
