I am a friendly, motivated and responsible year 13, Logan Park High School student seeking
an entry in a job to further my skills and abilities within the hospitality Industry.
During my time at school I have had commitments proving myself to be self-motivated,
organised and capable of working under pressure. Involvement in cultural groups such as
netball, basketball, touch and kapahaka have really helped me to become a great team worker
and co-operator. I also enjoy working with others and find the dynamics of working in a
team satisfying. My work and cultural roles demonstrate that I am reliable, trustworthy,
hardworking and eager to learn. I also have a genuine interest in helping other people.

Communication: My social personality and experience with different cultures and age
groups has turned me into a great communicator, from giving instructions and information to
supporting and understanding people’s needs.
Leadership: Currently, I am completing a Leadership standard in Physical Education which
includes coaching and leading various age groups for different sports and activities. This
experience has given me a better overall leadership style and ability, helping me to adapt to
different situations and be able to manage a group.
Great Team Member: My roles in various sports including being Captain of my netball
team has helped me to support and encourage my team members and have an input in ideas
and solutions to problems. I enjoy working with others and find the dynamics of a team
positive and enjoyable.
Relationship Building Skills: I have a great interest in making new friends and building
relationships with new people. By working in a Four Square I have gotten to know many of
the local’s that shop often and have built friendly relationships with them. I also think that it
is important to build relationships with people that you are around frequently in order to
make the atmosphere more pleasant and enjoyable.
Personal Interests:
I have many interests including keeping fit and playing various sports including netball,
basketball and touch. I am also a member of Jett’s gym and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I
enjoy spending time with friends and family in my free time and also playing and listening to
music.
