Technical Aspect
This study discusses about the process of production and
activities of the proposed project. It states also the machineries
and equipment used including the cost of raw material needed for
production also included the building layout size and production
schedule are also presented in this chapter.
Production Process
The Fruit Mixed Chips are simply vegetables sliced, diced,
and chopped into a snackable size, and then typically baked or
fried. After frying or baking, pack it according to the weight of
the proposed product.

Production Schedule and Capacity
The proposed business operates thrice a week every Monday,
Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The product
will be disposed 65 packs every variant which can sell only two
days before another production.
Plant Size
The Fruit Mixed Chips is located at Barangay 01, Casiguran,
Aurora. The location has proven to be highly profitable and ideal.
