1. Age Certificates
-685800103505
No one younger than 15 should be able to see this film. It may involve scenes of drug use however it cannot encourage the misuse of drugs or any other dangerous substance. Nudity and sexual activity is accepted but not in strong detail as it is too inappropriate for people under the age of 15. Serious crimes may be used in a film but not shown in too much depth. Violence can be involved but there cannot be too much attention drawn to the pain or misery of the act.
-228600188595
Nobody under the age of 18 may see this film as it can breach the boundaries of the law in to great depth. An 18 can offend certain races to small extent and go a lot further than any other certificate. It can also display very strong sex scenes, which would be extremely inappropriate to anyone under the age of 18. Detailed examples of serious crimes can also be shown, such as murder, sexual assault and drug abuse.
I think our film should be certified a 15, this is because it is going to involve scenes of blood and violence, however we wont be drawing too much attention to these particular images as we wont be able to fake them very well. It won’t involve any scenes of nudity or sexual activity although drugs and crime will be a part of it. The violence aspect may seem quite mild to the audience although the crime aspect will be strong. Drugs will also be quite mild. This will contrast with the strong nature of the crime that will be performed in the clip.
