PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am an artistically inclined individual and on completion of my special effects
in TV and film course in June 2017 my key objective is to gain an entry position in
teaching the art and skill in special effects for TV and film, with a view to building
a career as a professional teacher with many advanced skills in the chosen field to
pass on to
others.
I am a self-motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic person. Flexibility and support
come as second nature coupled with an ability to communicate effectively,
particularly under pressurised situations. I believe these interpersonal and
communication skills are vital in a dynamic work place environment.
I have an excellent track record in achieving challenging targets and deadlines, both
as an individual and as an effective member of a wider team.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Multi year project Bolton university production for short film ( Dec 2016). Wand
prop creation assignment Bolton university Feb. (2015). Yearly Halloween
business producing and applying customised prosthetics for customers. Owner of
IN-SPURR-ATION doll and creature creator company. London Fashion Graduate
Week; hair/make-up for photo shoot, (March 2013).
Warrington Wolves R.F.C. pantomime; make-up artist (Dec. 2012). Miss
UK/Manchester make-up artist (Nov. 2012). Gallery Studio/Warrington;
hair/make-up for photo shoot (Nov. 2012)., Her Majesty's Theatre/London;

In addition to the above, I have also undertaken make-up duties for a numerous
variety of productions for assignments at Bolton university expanding my skills and
knowledge as a sculptor, moulder, caster and makeup application and painting.
Extra skills like hair laying have been achieved through my own doll company
selling dolls all over the world.
Voluntary work as advance teacher and choreographer in local primary schools and
choreographer for
torch production, Children's Theatre Company/Warrington Collegiate. This has
given me experience in how do deliver content and work with a variety of
different aged children.
