LOW RISE BUILDING
1. Structural design and Project Management of various PETRON CORPORATION stations from
2010 to 2013 mainly for stations located in Luzon and Visayas.
2. Structural Design of various Petroleum Stations in the Philippines for SHELL PILIPINAS
PETROLEUM from 2008 to 2009.
3. Structural design of MAYA LANE Residences comprising of ten (10) different type of area and
style townhouses.
RETROFITTING
1. Project Management for the Retrofitting Design works of the Army Navy Club building
located at Roxas Blvd for Oceanville Hotel and SPA from July‐ Dec 2014.
2. Structural Design and Technical coordination for the Petron Rosario Pier Depot located in
Rosario Cavite. Due to the visible degradation of concrete and reinforcement, the scope
undergone was detailed mapping of decay on the piers and superstructure. Destructive and
non‐destructive testing was also done.
3. Structural Design and Technical coordination for the Petron Navotas Pier Depot located in
Navotas.
4. Survey/ degradation mapping and structural investigation design of GENOSI Plant located in
Marcos Highway, Marikina City.
5. Structural assessment of an existing Silo at Holcim Bulacan Plant.
BRIDGE DESIGN and Pipe Support
1. Bridge design of a 1 span, 60 meter long Steel girder Type Bridge located in Clark Pampanga.
2. Structural design of Ampid‐ Banaba Pipe Bridge for Manila Water located at Montalban
Rizal. (MWSS).
EARTH STRUCTURES
1. Geotechnical Analysis of slope stability problems and preparation of remediation process for
the following sites at various locations:

4. DESIGN OF STEEL STRUCTURES
1. Structural design of Warehouse/ Manufacturing building for Jatropha oil which was a project
of PNOC using AISC, ANSI and ACI 318‐95. I also prepared 3 dimensional drawings for
presentation purposes using AutoCAD 2008 and detail drawings for steel structures.

Structural review and analysis for compliance to the Philippine local code compared the Chinese
code used by the contractor for the following Power Plant.
1. 2‐135KW Mariveles Bataan Coal Powered Plant for ECEPDI
2. 3‐135Kw Misamis Coal Powered Plant for NEPC
PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS
6. I worked with diversified projects in civil engineering especially structural engineering. I was
responsible for preparing technical proposals for many projects.
