CPDSkill was officially formed in 2016 with one goal of transformation technical skills among outgoing apparel engineering/ fashion designing students from B.Sc and Diploma grade education. CPD focused on following skills that functioning in the sustainability of the apparel business chain. a) Manual Pattern drawing and cutting from technical measurement sheet b) Grading, Correcting and making production pattern manually. c) Pattern drawing, grading and marker making using the latest apparel CAD software available in the market. d) Product development and fitting techniques. e) Fabric Optimization through Fabric Management techniques like Cut-plan, Roll plan & Spreading Plan. f) Strategies to ensure efficient cutting marker in bulk production. At the current time, the world is moving towards cost minimization in every segment of the business. Cost Minimization increased workload- the only way of sustainability is efficient people, efficient work process, efficient strategies. The leading companies already adopted technology since its availability but the followers are still far behind. The strategy of CPD is to create skilled people to assure sustainability in unstable industries to keep going. This transformation of functional knowledge in ammeters - convert them in true professional in a short period of time -compared to long period work as a trainee executive. Professionals strive to carry on the poorest group of industries and to transform in successful and sustainable beside they get paid well. 5. Skilled required for a successful merchandiser
 Good command in English.
 Good knowledge in fiber, yarn, fabrics, dying, printing, colorfastness
etc.
 Should be hard worker.
 Should be responsible for this job.
 Must have knowledge in computer literacy, specially in E-mail,
Microsoft Office etc.
 Should have ability to improve public relation.
 Should have well behaved personality.
 Should have well knowledge on calculation.
