Executive Summary
Coventina Lake Suites is the first hospitality venture of Sinha and Opex Group. Coventina is
located at the most beautiful corner of the Gulshan lake. The most beautiful panoramic view of
the city enhances the living of their guests. It is approximately nine kilometers away from Hazrat
Shah Jalal International airport at the business and diplomatic hub of country’s capital, Gulshan.
We are Offering 42 rooms of 28 Apartments and 14 deluxe rooms which are comprehensively
designed keeping the guest comfort in mind.
In this report we have discussed about the Coventina Lake Suites- A service apartment is located
in Gulshan-2 the diplomatic area. To complete our practicum report, we did our internship at
Coventina as a housekeeper at the housekeeping department of Coventina Lake Suites. We have
discussed here the duties and responsibilities of a housekeeper. We have also discussed about the
activities of housekeeping department including the relationship of all the department with
housekeeping department. In this report we also discuss about the equipment that we use to do
our daily activities. As we are the intern student, we face so many difficulties and we discuss
them as a limitation.
Finally, we make a conclusion of our report based on our three month of internship and try to
give some recommendations based on the limitations to developed their services.
