It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Miss May Iren Bråthen. I
have had the pleasure of viewing Miss Bråthen’s professional development over four
years during her employment at Technical Operations department at Innlandet Hospital
Trust (SIHF Elverum).
I can state with confidence that she is a motivated and responsible person with a high
degree of integrity and outstanding work ethic. As such, I expect that she will be a very
positive addition to your institution.
As the Supervisor of the Technical Operations department at this hospital, I feel that I know
Miss Bråthen very well. She was hired as a secretary full time in this department, but also
part time when she finished her Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Service
Management.
She has shown excellent teamwork skills, she multitasks effectively and is able to handle a
high-volume workload while she still wear a smile on her face. She is organized and
diligent, May quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to her
when she first started here, but she soon became a super-user and teaching the rest of the
team. She built up databases, archives and maintained responsibility in several areas within
our department through the four years of employment as well as being part of and
managing several projects.
May is a hardworking, top-performing professional; no task is too big or too small. She has
