There is no budget for the film and any expenses will come out of the filmmaker's own pocket. Expected expenses include £5-20 for food like breakfast, snacks, and lunch; £5-10 for travel like bus fare and petrol; and no initial costs for equipment and software since the filmmaker can use their school's resources. The costs could double if filming takes more than one day as planned.
1. BUDGET
There is no budget to my film, and I don’t mean that in a positive way. Any expenses will be
coming out of my own pocket and will not be reimbursed by the film.
The expected expenses are as such.
FOOD
Breakfast on shoot day -£5
Snacks for crew and cast -£5
Lunch, could be packed lunch or McDonalds Trip - £5-£20
Coffee or drink after - £5
TRAVEL
Potential bus money (Location Depending) -£5
Petrol money for actors if they are driving - £10
This could all be doubled if the filming does not get done within one day which is what I am
aiming to do.
INITIAL COSTS (HIRE COSTS)
I am using schools equipment so I do not have to pay anything to hire it out. When it comes
to editing software it is the same story, the school have the adobe creative cloud installed so
I shall be using that.
