After receiving a call from the hospital, he gets on his skateboard and skates there. On his way he must dodge, jump and duck under various urban obstacles. His objective is to make it to the hospital without getting knocked out in the process. The levels he skates though speeds up as he progresses through them as does the soundtrack.
