3. Derwent London were the first UK Real Estate Investment
Trust (REIT) to release a Net Zero Carbon Pathway in July
2020 – the document sets out the ways in which their buildings
and their business operations will lower the carbon burden of
their business. Their annual Responsibility Report clearly sets
out the sustainability credentials of each of their buildings.
This gives investors confidence in the good that they are doing
for the London building stock.
