3. Introduction to my business
•Freelance Artist
•SKETCHy on Facebook
•ArtValveOnSketchy@gmail.com
4. Executive Summary
• SKETCHy is a small business created by myself
as of this year. At the moment, I have no money,
which makes it hard to create my artwork to
sell. My primary form of art is painting and
sketching, however certain crafts and or sewing
projects I may also undertake.
• My plan is to work with any polite customer
that comes my way. If they are willing to work
with me, I am willing to work with them.
Because of my diverse art styles, I will have a
wide rage of age in my clientele.
5. Company description
• Ownership is sole, in my name.
• This business is located wherever I am.
Primarily I will work at home. However, if a
customer wants me to work in another
environment (aka their house, studio, etc.) that
may be negotiable.
• The primary function of this business is to get
my name out into the art world, and to make my
clients happy.
7. Financial Position
• Right now I am relying on art
supplies as gift to make my
artistic pieces.
• I have no money of my own to
put towards this small
business
• The money I make from this
business I plan to re-fund
back into it until I have a
satisfying amount of supplies.
8. Marketing Strategies
• I already have a Gmail and Facebook account
• I plan on also making a Pinterest, Deviant art, and Instagram for SKETCHy
• Once I have more money, I will create business cards as well.
9. Analysis of Competition
• Competition includes any young artist in the Vermont
area.
• Most of them have built loyal clientele already, and have
had at least half a year worth of art classes.
• I plan on starting early, to help build potential
opportunities for myself ahead of time.
To do this I have already competed
in an art competition, and had my
works features in different art
walks and events.
