1. Mary Beth Ormiston
Bio
Mary Beth Ormiston is currently Manager of Program Strategy for Facility Dude
as a consultant. Prior to this position she was employed by The Redwoods
Group as Director of Risk Management where she was responsible for
supervising a team of Risk Management consultants where she developed and
initiated risk management initiatives for membership organizations in reducing
losses.
Prior to her employment with The Redwood’s Group she was a YMCA CEO for
33 years serving Y’s in Iowa, Missouri, Michigan, and Wisconsin. During her
tenure with the YMCA she successfully coached and mentored effective staff
teams, developed high performing Board of Directors, and developed strategy
vision to implement financial development goals.
Melding her membership operational experience along- side her risk
management expertise she is a well-respected speaker, presenter, and problem
solver.
Mary Beth was born and raised in Iowa and was educated at the University of
Northern Iowa. She is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and active in the YMCA of
the Trianble.
